This eCRF system presents questionaires and includes validation routines that ensure proper form completion. Included in the system is built-in password security with different levels for research assistants and administrators. Administrators can access real-time descriptive statistics based on found subsets of completed questionaires. Developed with Filemaker Pro.

OBPL Director

OBPL Director can present any type of Likert scale, Visual Analog Scales, Digit Symbol Substitution Task, and other custom-made questionnaires. Nearly everything in the presentation of the questionnaires is flexible. Modifiable items include the instructions, questions (prompts), button labels and scoring. This flexibility is built in because OBPL Director reads the details of how every questionnaire or task is presented from tab-delimited text files that are easily edited or created in Microsoft Excel. Thus, adding a new questionnaire, or modifying an existing one, is as easy as editing a text file. A parameter file also controls the conduct of sessions. Therefore, changing the sequencing of questionnaires or the flow sheet of a study session is also easily accomplished, and without additional programming. Hard copies of the data collected are automatically printed, all data files are password-protected and date- and time-stamped.
